Strength, speed, hand-eye coordination, first step explosion and vertical progression are essential to dominating the court or field. But it’s not only about your body’s capabilities, it’s about what your mind believes you can accomplish.  We give each and every athlete the confidence and training needed to take their performance to the next level with sport- and position-specific training.
Sports we train for include but are not limited to:
  • Volleyball

Semi-Annual Fundraising Events
We will hosting our 1st Golf Outing fundraiser weekend complete with networking events, a business round table, a power brunch and boat ride! We will get the opportunity to raise money for our programs and bring more awareness to what we do!.

In November we will host our scholarship Gala that will help us do two things first, raise money for the scholarships and second allow our donors to meet some of our participants. We will also take this time to recognize some of our youth that have been impacted because of their involvement with our program. As we strive to expand our program we are looking for individuals to help our children bring out their creative side through writing, painting, drawing, singing and dancing. If you have a talent in one or more of these areas, we need you.
